You may only register one Account per person. jewe43 requires all Users to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification by submitting government-issued identification documents, such as Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk), passport, or driver's license. Verification is typically required before your first withdrawal, but jewe43 reserves the right to request verification at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify jewe43 immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. jewe43 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) if available to enhance Account security.
You may not transfer, sell, or assign your Account to any third party. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Any attempt to transfer Account ownership will result in immediate termination of all involved Accounts.
jewe43 accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, and selected e-wallets such as OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
Deposits made via bank transfer during banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00 WIB) are typically processed within 5 minutes. Deposits made outside banking hours may take up to 24 hours to process. You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions: (a) your Account must be fully verified via KYC; (b) you must have met any applicable bonus wagering requirements; (c) withdrawal amounts must meet minimum thresholds as specified on the withdrawal page; and (d) withdrawals will only be processed to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited for security and anti-money laundering purposes.
Verified Users can expect same-day withdrawal processing for requests submitted before 14:00 WIB on business days. Requests submitted after 14:00 WIB or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day. jewe43 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on large withdrawals or suspicious transactions, which may extend processing times.
jewe43 operates in compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal to prevent the Platform from being used for money laundering purposes. We reserve the right to request source of funds documentation for large or unusual transactions.

jewe43 reserves the right to withhold or cancel bonuses if we detect abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, collusion with other players, irregular betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other activity deemed by jewe43 to constitute bonus abuse. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be permanently closed and all funds forfeited.
You may cancel an active bonus at any time through your Account settings. Cancelling a bonus will forfeit all bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds. Only your original deposited funds (minus any wagers already placed) will remain in your Account balance.
All bets are subject to acceptance by jewe43. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any wager at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, technical error, or violation of maximum bet limits. Once a bet is confirmed and appears in your betting history, it is considered final and binding, except in cases of obvious error as determined by jewe43.
For sports betting, including football (bandar bola, mix parlay, voor bola handicap betting), results are determined by official competition authorities. Bets are settled based on the outcome at the end of regular time unless otherwise specified (e.g., "to qualify" markets include extra time and penalties). In the event of match postponement, bets remain valid if the match is played within 48 hours; otherwise, bets are voided. jewe43 relies on reputable third-party data feeds for result verification and settlement.

Such errors will be corrected as soon as they are identified. Continued play after becoming aware of an error may result in voiding of subsequent bets and potential Account suspension.

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw your remaining balance. Any active bonuses will be forfeited. Closed Accounts cannot be reopened except at jewe43's sole discretion.
jewe43 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or illegal activity, failure to complete KYC verification, prolonged Account inactivity, or upon request by regulatory authorities. In the event of Account termination for breach of Terms, jewe43 reserves the right to forfeit your Account balance.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive and may be subject to monthly inactivity fees as permitted by law. We will notify you via email before imposing any inactivity fees. To avoid inactivity fees, simply log in to your Account at least once every 12 months.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jewe43 is licensed to operate, without regard to conflict of law principles. By using the Service, you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of courts in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service, you agree to first contact jewe43 customer support to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal proceedings.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuits against jewe43.
